Raspberry Paleo Vegan Yogurt


  • 1/2 cup berries, fresh (if using frozen, you'll need to add some nut milk)

  • 1 tablespoon full fat coconut milk

  • 1/2 avocado small avocado

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla (gluten- and alcohol-free)

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • Toppings:

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

  • Few berries

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Sprinkled gluten-free, paleo granola (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until creamy. If using frozen berries, you may need to add some nut milk to blend.

  3. Serve immediately or store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 2 days
