Merchandise: All returns must be processed within 10 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. Shipments are sent by local postal service. Only US.
Damages
NTG, Inc., is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
