Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana or 1/3 small avocado

  • 2 tbsp organic pumpkin puree

  • 1-2 tsp almond or cashew butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extra

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (20-30g)

  • 1-2 cups of nut milk (I used almond)

Directions:

1. Blend If you’re feeling sassy, add some organic crunchy chocolate granola and coconut flakes.
