Green Vanilla Thrilla Smoothie

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving vanilla protein or collagen (30g)

  • a few chunks frozen avocado 1/4 cup or 1 tbsp nut butter

    • You can also use 1/4 cup greek yogurt or coconut yogurt​

  • 1-2 tbsp chia/ zen basil seeds or ground flaxseed

    • Opt for flax is digestion is off​

  • 1 cup macadamia nut milk

    • any liquid base will do​

  • 1/2- 1 banana

  • Handful of spinach (optional)

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Mint (optional)

  • Blend and enjoy!
