a few chunks frozen avocado 1/4 cup or 1 tbsp nut butter
You can also use 1/4 cup greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
1-2 tbsp chia/ zen basil seeds or ground flaxseed

1 cup macadamia nut milk
any liquid base will do
1/2- 1 banana
Handful of spinach (optional)
Dash of cinnamon
Mint (optional)
