Ingredients

  • 1 serving vanilla protein

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 juice lemon

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • One bunch mint or cilantro

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/3 cup coconut water (optional)
