Berry Basil Smoothie

Ingredients:​

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder or 3 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1/2 cup frozen organic berries

  • 1/3 avocado or 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 handful of spinach (optional)

  • 5 fresh basil leaves

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened nut milk or water
