Almond Butter Cup Smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton or homemade) or almond milk

  • 1/2 - 1 cup water

  • 1 scoop organic vanilla pea protein or collagen 1

  • 1 tbsp.almond or peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp flax seeds, ground

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • Top with 1-2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
