Ingredients

  • 2-3 handles of greens

  • 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 1/3 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • 2-3 tablespoons chickpeas

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • Sprinkled sesame seeds

  • Light crumbled goat cheese

Dressing

  • 2-3 tablespoons olive

  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced

  • 1/2 juice of a lemon

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons mustard seeds

  • Salt & pepper
