Turmeric Turkey

Ingredients:

  • organic ground turkey

  • 2 tablespoons of avocado oil

  • 2 tablespoons turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon garlic

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon oregano powder

  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a med- large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook, stirring occasionally while breaking it into pieces (about 2 minutes.)

  2. Add in spices and stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked (about 6-7 mins)

  3. Make a salad with your fav ingredients and top with turkey!
