Ingredients:
organic ground turkey
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
2 tablespoons turmeric
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon oregano powder
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
In a med- large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook, stirring occasionally while breaking it into pieces (about 2 minutes.)
Add in spices and stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked (about 6-7 mins)
Make a salad with your fav ingredients and top with turkey!
