Ingredients:
1 pound organic ground turkey meat
3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2–3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and form into 4 patties.
Grill or pan-sear, about 8 minutes; season with salt and pepper
Serve with a green salad and/or cooked non- starchy veggies
