Smoked Wild Salmon Bowl


  • Base of arugula (2-3 handfuls)

  • 1/2 vine tomato, chopped

  • 1/4 a small red onion, chopped

  • Handful of blueberries

  • 1/3 a small cucumber, chopped

  • Handful of pecans

  • 1/3 a small avocado

  • Sprinkled on raw sunflower, pumpkin & hemp seeds

  • Crumbled local goat cheese

  • Fermented cabbage

  • Smoked salmon


  1. Place greens in a large bowl and assemble ingredients.

  2. I did not add a dressing; I simply mixed the salad together and enjoyed!
