Ingredients
1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened nut milk or hemp seed milk (I use macadamia)
1/2 - 2 cup boiling water
1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp maca (optional)
1 tsp acacia & 1 tbsp coconut cream (both - optional )
Directions
If you want to be a little 'extra' (like me), place all ingredients (except the water) in a frother and froth. Pour the turmeric mixture into a mug and add water. You can also just add all ingredients to a blender!
