Ingredients:
1 cup bone broth or bone broth power
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup sweet potato or 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 inch fresh ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder for AIP
1 scoop collagen
Optional: add water if you prefer a thinner consistency
