Faux Cheesy Pasta

Serves 3-4


  • 1 box gluten free pasta

  • 3 tbsp olive or avocado oil

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp basil powder

  • 6 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk

  • 4 cups organic spinach (optional)


  1. Prepare pasta according to box instructions. Set aside.

  2. Add oil to a pan on low-medium heat

  3. Whisk in the, garlic powder, onion powder, basil and nutritional yeast. Cook for one minute over low heat. Slowly whisk in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.

  4. Add cooked pasta and spinach(if using) and stir well.

  5. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
