Ingredients
1/4 uncooked buckwheat cereal
3/4 - one cup liquid (if you like it thinner, use more) (I used macadamia nut)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a glass mason jar or glass Tupperware; stir well and let it sit overnight.
