Buckwheat Pudding


  • 1/4 uncooked buckwheat cereal

  • 3/4 - one cup liquid (if you like it thinner, use more) (I used macadamia nut)​

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla


Combine all ingredients in a glass mason jar or glass Tupperware; stir well and let it sit overnight.
