Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic berries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 tsp nut butter

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed, ground

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp full fat coconut milk

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • A dash of nut milk if you prefer more liquid
