Ingredients
1 cup organic berries, fresh or frozen
1 tsp nut butter
2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed, ground
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp full fat coconut milk
Dash of cinnamon
A dash of nut milk if you prefer more liquid
Directions
1. Place the washed berries in a bowl
2. Sprinkle on seeds, drizzle the coconut milk and dollop of nut nutter, cinnamon; mix and enjoy!
3. For extra protein: greek yogurt, eggs, or a protein powder
