Ingredients:
organic ground turkey
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
2 tablespoons turmeric
1 tablespoon garlic
salt & pepper to taste
cherry tomatoes, chopped
handful of spinach
Wraps ( I used Siete)
mashed avocado
Directions:
In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook, stirring occasionally while breaking it into pieces (about 2 minutes.)
Add in spices and stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked (about 10 mins)
Plate tortillas, add spinach, turkey & toppings!
