Supercharged Oatmeal

Ingredients:​

  • 1/3 cup of organic oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seed

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut, coconut or whole milk

  • 1 -2 scoop of collagen (30g of protein)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Sprinkle on top silvered almonds

  • Cinnamon

  • Top with fruit

Directions:

  1. In a mason jar, add all ingredients and mix well

  2. Shake will until combined well and stored in fridge over night

  3. When ready to enjoy & top with some fruit!

  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
