Ingredients:
1/3 cup of organic oats
2 tbsp chia seed
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 cup unsweetened nut, coconut or whole milk
1 -2 scoop of collagen (30g of protein)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Sprinkle on top silvered almonds
Cinnamon
Top with fruit
Directions:
In a mason jar, add all ingredients and mix well
Shake will until combined well and stored in fridge over night
When ready to enjoy & top with some fruit!
Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
