Ingredients:
1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein (20-25g)
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp chia or flax
2 cups unsweetened nut milk
1/3 avocado
2 Handful of greens spinach (optional)
Dash of cinnamon
2 tbsp mint extract
1 bunch of fresh mint, chopped
shredded coconut or coconut chunks for toppings
Directions:
Add all ingredients to the blender
Blend and pour into a bowl or glass
Optional: top with fresh mint and coconut chunks
