Creamy Broccoli Pea Cauliflower Soup


  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 yellow diced onion

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/3 cup peas

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets

  • 2cup bone broth (I used homemade, but store-bought broth or stock works)*

  • 1cup coconut milk

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


  1. Using a large pot, add oil and turn heat to medium.

  2. Add onion and stir occasionally for about 5 minutes until translucent.

  3. Add the broccoli and cauliflower, bone broth, coconut milk, and sea salt.

  4. Let cook until the vegetables are fork tender.

  5. Transfer to a separate blender and combine until the soup is completely mixed.

  6. Enjoy as a meal or with a protein of your choice!
