WARMING VEGGIE PASTA
Ingredients:

One box of Banza (really nay chickpea pasta)
-
1 cup mushrooms
-
1 medium zucchini, chopped
-
1 small yellow squash, chopped
-
1 large tomato, chopped
-
4 tablespoons olive oil
-
2 cloves of garlic, chopped or 3 tbsp powder
-
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Directions:
-
In a large pot, bring water to boil, add pasta
-
While the pasta cooks, in a medium size pan on medium heat add oil and garlic; cook garlic for 3 minutes
-
Add chopped veggies and cook for 8-10 minutes
-
Drain pasta and run under cold water

In a large bowl, combine pasta and veggies
-
Sprinkle nutritional yeast, salt and pepper on top
