VEGAN CASHEW ALMOND BUTTER FUDGE
Ingredients:

1/2cup Almond Butter
-
1/2 cup cashew butter
-
1/4 cup cocoa powder
-
2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted
-
1-2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener (or stevia)

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-
Cinnamon
-
Pink salt (Optional)
Directions:

Melt Coconut oil.
-
Whisk in coco powder and stevia. (and almond butter if you don’t love coconut oil consistency)

Pour into ice cube tray.

Sprinkle with Salt
-
Freeze. Fudge is ready in 20 minutes
