VEGAN CASHEW ALMOND BUTTER FUDGE

Ingredients:

  • 1/2cup Almond Butter

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted

  •  1-2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener (or stevia)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • Cinnamon

  • Pink salt (Optional)

Directions:

  • Melt Coconut oil.

  • Whisk in coco powder and stevia. (and almond butter if you don’t love coconut oil consistency)

  • Pour into ice cube tray.

  • Sprinkle with Salt

  • Freeze. Fudge is ready in 20 minutes
