• organic ground turkey

  • 2 tablespoons of avocado oil

  • 2 tablespoons turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon garlic

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • cherry tomatoes, chopped

  • handful of spinach

  • Wraps ( I used Siete)

  • mashed avocado


  1. In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook, stirring occasionally while breaking it into pieces (about 2 minutes.)

  2. Add in spices and stirring occasionally, until the turkey is cooked (about 10 mins)

  3. Plate tortillas, add spinach, turkey & toppings!
