• 1/3 cup of organic gluten free oatmeal

  • 2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds

  • 2-3 tablespoons chia, hemp or  flax seed

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 -2 scoop of collagen (20g of protein)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp MCT, coconut, full fat coconut milk or nut butter

  • Sprinkle on top silvered almonds

  • Cinnamon 


  • In a mason jar, add oat, liquids, oil, vanilla extract, seeds and collagen

  • Shake will until combined well and stored in fridge over night

  • When ready to enjoy mix in seeds and nuts

  • Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
