SUPERCHARGED OATMEAL
Ingredients:

1/3 cup of organic oats

2 tbsp chia seed

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 cup unsweetened nut milk
-
1 -2 scoop of collagen (20g of protein)

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
-
Sprinkle on top silvered almonds
-
Cinnamon
-
Top with fruit
Directions:
-
In a mason jar, add all ingredients and mix well
-
Shake will until combined well and stored in fridge over night
-
When ready to enjoy & top with some fruit!

Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
