SUPERCHARGED OATMEAL
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of organic gluten free oatmeal
2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
2-3 tablespoons chia, hemp or flax seed
1 cup unsweetened nut milk
1/2 cup water
1 -2 scoop of collagen (20g of protein)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp MCT, coconut, full fat coconut milk or nut butter
Sprinkle on top silvered almonds
Cinnamon
Directions:
In a mason jar, add oat, liquids, oil, vanilla extract, seeds and collagen
Shake will until combined well and stored in fridge over night
When ready to enjoy mix in seeds and nuts
Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
