SUPERCHARGED OATMEAL

Ingredients:​

  • 1/3 cup of organic  oats

  • 1 tsp chia seed

  • 2 tbsp ground  flaxseed

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 -2 scoop of collagen (20g of protein)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Sprinkle on top silvered almonds

  • Cinnamon 

  • Top with fruit

Directions:

  • In a mason jar, add all ingredients and mix well

  • Shake will until combined well and stored in fridge over night

  • When ready to enjoy & top with some fruit!

  • Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
