NTG Sun-dried Tomato Turkey Burgers


  • 1 pound organic ground turkey meat

  • 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes 

  • 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 2–3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard



  1.  In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and form into 4 patties.

  2. Grill or pan-sear, about 8 minutes; season with salt and pepper

  3. Serve with a green salad and/or cooked non- starhcy veggies
