PALEO VEGAN YOGURT

Ingredients:

1/2 cup berries, fresh (if using frozen, you'll need to add some nut milk)

1 tablespoon full fat coconut milk
-
1/2 avocado small avocado
-
¼ teaspoon vanilla (gluten- and alcohol-free)

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
-
1 pinch sea salt
-
Toppings:
-
3 tbsp hemp seeds
-
Few berries
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
Sprinkled gluten-free, paleo granola (optional)
Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high until creamy. If using frozen berries, you may need to add some nut milk to blend.

Serve immediately or store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 2 days
