RASPBERRY PALEO VEGAN YOGURT RECIPE

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup raspberries, rinsed

  • 2 tablespoon full fat milk  coconut 

  • 1/2 avocado

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla (gluten- and alcohol-free)

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

  • Toppings: 

  • Chopped nuts 

  • Raspberries

  • Cinnamon 

  • NTG Granola (optional)
     

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.

  • Blend on high until creamy.

  • Serve immediately or store in an glass container in the fridge for up to 2 days
