NTG Yogurt Bowl 

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • Full-fat greek yogurt (I like Fage) or unsweetened coconut or nut yogurt ( I use Forager)

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp nut butter (optional)

  • 1/2 cup organic berries 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 serving protein powder if using vegan yogurt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar top with cinnamon
