NTG Yogurt Bowl 

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • Full Fat Greek Yogurt or Vegan Coconut Yogurt

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seed

  • 1-2 tsp nut butter

  • 1/2 cup organic berries 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds if using vegan yogurt; 1 tbsp  for Greek yogurt 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar top with cinnamon

  2. Enjoy or store in fridge for 2-3 days
