NTG Yogurt Bowl 

Serves 1


  • Full-fat greek yogurt (I like Fage) or unsweetened coconut or nut yogurt ( I opt for  Coconut Cult and Forager)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • 1-2 tsp nut butter

  • 1/2 cup organic berries 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds or 1 scoop protein powder  if using vegan yogurt;


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar top with cinnamon

  2. Enjoy or store in fridge for 2-3 days
