NTG Yogurt Bowl 

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • Full Fat Greek Yogurt or Vegan Coconut Yogurt

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seed

  • 2-3 tbsp hemp seeds if using vegan yogurt - skip if using Greek yogurt 

  • 1-2 tbsp nut butter

  • 1/2 - 1 cup berries 

  • Lots of Cinnamon

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar top with cinnamon

Enjoy or store in fridge for 2-3 days
