Green Smoothie

MIGHTY MINT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving vanilla pea protein 

  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides @drjoshaxe 

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp mct oil @bulletproof 

  • 2 acacia fiber (optional)

  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • 2 Handful of greens spinach 

  • Dash of cinnamon 

  • 2 table spoons mint extract 

  • 1 bunch of fresh mint, chopped

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to the blender

  • Blend and pour into a bowl or glass

  • Optional: top with fresh mint and coconut chunks
