Green Smoothie



  • 1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein (20-25g)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp full fat coconut milk 

  • 2 tbsp chia or flax 

  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/3 avocado

  • 2 Handful of greens spinach (optional)

  • Dash of cinnamon 

  • 2 tbsp mint extract 

  • 1 bunch of fresh mint, chopped

  • shredded coconut or coconut chunks for toppings


  • Add all ingredients to the blender

  • Blend and pour into a bowl or glass

  • Optional: top with fresh mint and coconut chunks
