- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp full fat coconut milk

1/2  cup unsweetened nut milk 

- 1/3 cup boiling filtered water

-1 tsp maca powder (optional)

- 2 tsp cinnamon 

- 1 tsp vanilla powder extract (optional)

- 1 scoop of collagen or vegan protein

- 1tsp acica fiber
