Healing Turmeric Bone Broth Smoothie

  • 1 cup bone broth or bone broth power 

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk 

  • 1/3 cup sweet potato or 1/2 cup blueberries (optional) 

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger 

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder for AIP

  • 1 scoop collagen 

  • Optional: add water if you prefer a thinner consistency
