Healing Chicken Bone Broth Veggie Soup

Serves 3-4


1 1/2 pounds organic, pasture raised chicken breasts

8 cups organic chicken bone broth

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, diced

4 carrots, peeled and diced

 3 stalks celery, diced

3 large zucchini, diced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

 2 bay leaves

1 tsp oregano

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste 



Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. 

Place chicken crockpot

Stir in chicken stock, garlic, onion, carrots, zucchini, celery, thyme, rosemary, oregano & bay leaves; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.

Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred, using two forks.

 Add back in and serve!
