  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk or hemp

  • 1/2 cup berries

  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger 

  • 1-2 tablespoon chia or ground flax seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon bee pollen, optional

  • 1/4 cup avocado, frozen or fresh

  • 2 scoops collagen protein or vegan protein
