  • 1-2 cups almond milk

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1/2 avocado 

  • 1/2 cup berries

  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger 

  • 1/2 tablespoon chia or flax seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon bee pollen

  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts

  • 1 teaspoon or manuka hone

  •  Mint, chopped

  • 2 scoops collagen protein or bone broth protein
