I call this my "G" Thang Liver Loving Smoothie

1 serving vanilla protein
1/2 cucumber 
1/2 juice lemon
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flaxseed

One bunch mint or cilantro 

1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk

1 cup water
1/3 cup coconut water (optional)
