GREEN VANILLA THRILLA

Ingredients: 

  • 1 serving vanilla protein or 3 tbsp hemp seeds 

  • 1 tbsp nut butter (if using hemp seeds, use 1 tsp nut butter)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1 cup water 

  • 1/2 banana or 1/3 an avocado

  • Handful of greens spinach

  • Dash of cinnamon 

  • Mint (optional)

  • Blend and enjoy!
