GREEN VANILLA THRILLA

Ingredients: 

  • 1 serving vanilla protein (20-30g)

  • a few chunks frozen avocado 1/4 cup or 1 tbsp nut butter 

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • 1/2 unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1 cup water 

  • 1 banana 

  • Handful of spinach

  • Dash of cinnamon 

  • Mint (optional)

  • Blend and enjoy!
