GREEN VANILLA THRILLA

Ingredients: 

  • 1 serving vanilla protein (20-30g)

  • 1 tbsp nut butter 

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • 1/2 -1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1 cup water 

  • 1/2 banana or 1/4-1/3 an avocado

  • Handful of spinach

  • Dash of cinnamon 

  • Mint (optional)

  • Blend and enjoy!
