Golden Latte


  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened nut milk or hemp seed milk

  •  1/2 - 2 cup boiling water

  •  1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  •  1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1-2 tbsp full fat coconut milk/ cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract

  • 1 tsp maca (optional)

  • 1 tsp acacia or inulin fiber ( I only add is this if I’m feeling snacky after dinner)

I get a little extra, I place all ingredients in my frother expect water and froth it. I pour the turmeric mixture into a mug and add water. You can also just add all ingredients to a blender!
