Berries and Oatmeal Yogurt

OVERNIGHT FLAXSEED YOGURT

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup fage total classic yogurt

  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tso vanilla extract 

  • 1 tsp nut butter

  • 1/3 cup berries

  • Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp NTG granola  (optional)

  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealable container, as the mason jar pictured.

  2. Stir the mixture until everything is thoroughly combined.

  3. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4-5 hours.
