Faux Oatmeal
Ingredients:

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

3 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp flaxseed
-
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries

1 serving protein powder or 2-3 tbsp hemp seeds
Directions:

Using a small soup pan, add milk and turn heat to low-medium.

Allow the nut milk to lightly simmer then add seeds and berries; stir well and cover for 8 minutes.

Remove lid, stir in protein powder.

If you desire a thicker consistency, cover with a lid for another 2-3 minutes. Want it thinner? Add more milk.

Serve warm and top with extra berries, nuts & cinnamon

Feel free to top with extra berries such as raspberries or blackberries for more diversity!
