Faux Cheesy Pasta
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:

1 box gluten free pasta
-
3 tbsp olive or avocado oil

2 tbsp garlic powder
-
1 tbsp onion powder
-
2 tbsp basil powder
-
6 tbsp nutritional yeast
-
1 cup canned coconut milk
-
4 cups organic spinach (optional)
Directions:

Prepare pasta according to box instructions. Set aside.

Add oil to a pan on low-medium heat

Whisk in the, garlic powder, onion powder, basil and nutritional yeast. Cook for one minute over low heat. Slowly whisk in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.

Add cooked pasta and spinach(if using) and stir well.

Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
