FAUX CEREAL

Serves: 2-3

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup berries

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/3 c. Raw Walnuts

  • 1/3 c. Raw Cashews

  • 2-3 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 2 tbsp MCT oil or nut butter 

  • 1 tsp Pink Salt

  • Sprinkled cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients into a jar

  • When ready to enjoy  add almond milk

  • Enjoy!
