Ingredients

3 cup berries, fresh or frozen

4 tbsp chia seeds

4 tbsp organic raw nuts ( I used walnuts and cashews)

2 tbsp coconut flakes

2 tbsp nut butter
-
1 tsp pink salt
-
4 tbsp hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

Sprinkled cinnamon
-
1/2 cup unsweetened milk, per serving

Super active? Add 1 scoop protein powder or collagen
Directions:

Add all ingredients to a mason jar except nut milk
-
When ready to enjoy add nut milk
