  • 2 cups almond milk or coconut-almond milk

  • 1 tsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • 1-2 tsp ground chia seeds

  • 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 serving protein powder

  • 1/2 frozen banana (optional)
