1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton or homemade) or almond milk
1/2 - 1 cup water
1 scoop organic vanilla pea protein or collagen 1
1 tbsp.almond or peanut butter
2 tbsp flax seeds, ground
1/4 avocado
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Top with 1-2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
