Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

  1. 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein (20g)

  2. 1 cup zucchini or cauliflower (ideally steamed)

  3. 1/3 ripe banana sliced or 1/3 an avocado (opt for avocado when managing blood sugar)

  4. 2 tbsp peanut butter

  5. 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  6. 2 cups unsweetened nut milk

  7. pinch of sea salt 

  8. Feeling extra sassy? Top with with some cacao nibs and NTG granola.
