A Berry Good Bowl

Serves 1


  • 1/2 cup organic berries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tsp full fat coconut milk

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • A dash of nut milk if you prefer more liquid


1. Place the washed berries in a bowl

2. Sprinkle on seeds, drizzle the coconut milk and dollop of nut nutter, cinnamon; mix and enjoy!
