A BERRY FAT BOWL

Breakfast

  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries

  • 1/2 cup organic blackberries
    (You can pick your fav berries to customize!)

  • 1/2 avocado 

  • 1/2 tablespoon nut butter ( you pick!)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
