SUPERCHARGED OATMEAL

Ingredients:​

  • 1/2 cup of organic gluten free oatmeal

  • 1-2 tablespoons chia   flaxseed

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 -2 scoop of collagen (20g of protein)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp nut butter or chopped nuts & seeds

  • Sprinkle on top silvered almonds

  • Cinnamon 

  • Fresh or frozen fruit as a topping

Directions:

  • In a mason jar, add oat, liquids, oil, vanilla extract, seeds and collagen

  • Shake will until combined well and stored in fridge over night

  • When ready to enjoy mix in seeds and nuts

  • Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
