Ingredients:
Full-fat greek yogurt (I like Fage 5%) or unsweetened coconut or nut yogurt ( I use Forager unsweetened vanilla)
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 cup berries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 serving protein powder if using vegan yogurt (20-30g)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar top with cinnamon
