Yogurt Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • Full-fat greek yogurt (I like Fage 5%) or unsweetened coconut or nut yogurt ( I use Forager unsweetened vanilla)

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 cup berries

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 serving protein powder if using vegan yogurt (20-30g)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar top with cinnamon
