Faux Cereal

Serves Two (2)

Ingredients

  • 3 cup berries, fresh or frozen

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 4 tbsp organic raw nuts ( I used walnuts and cashews)

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

  • 2 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 tsp pink salt

  • 4 tbsp hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

  • Sprinkled cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk, per serving

  • Super active? Add 1 scoop protein powder or collagen

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar except nut milk

  2. When ready to enjoy add nut milk

  3. Enjoy!
