Pineapple Gelatin Gummies


  • 1 cup Organic cold pressed pineapple juice

  • 1 cup coconut milk or macadamia nut milk

  • 30 g gelatin

    • I used Vital Proteins 




1. Heat pineapple juice and milk over medium-high heat until it starts to boil.

2. Stir in gelatin very welly and remove from heat. I like to use my handheld frother. Gelatin should be  completely blended.

3. Pour mix into a silicone cups and place in the fridge.

4. Allow it sit overnight and enjoy
