Serves 2


  • 6 1/2 tablespoons  or 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk (you can use full fat coconut milk)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
    Optional: 1 serving of vegan protein powder or collagen 
    for protein 

  • Toppings (per serving):

  • 1/2 organic berries, fresh or frozen

  • 2 tsp nut butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon 


  1. In a bowl or mason jar, mix together chia seeds, milk, and vanilla . 

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours). The chia pudding should be thick and creamy. Like it thinner? Add more liquid.

  3. Top with berries and nut butter and cinnamon before enjoying.
